Captain Ebenezer Afadzi

Chairman

Chairs the Board of Directors. Retired in 2023 from Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority after a long career that began as a seafarer and rose to Director of Port at Takoradi Harbour.

Samuel Ntow-Kummi

Director

Retired in 2023 from Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority as General Manager for Corporate Development, responsible for structuring many of GPHA’s projects and commercial arrangements. He is CEO of a port and shipping consulting firm.

Hans de Beer

Director

Has lived and worked in Ghana for over 20 years, leading Engineering for Gold Fields Ghana before joining Genser Energy as Vice President for Midstream.

Niall Ó Tuathail

Managing Director

Leads the day-to-day management of Ankobra River Transport. Joins from a career in management consulting at McKinsey & Company and in the energy and logistics sector, including two years living in Ghana.

Gideon Anderson

Engineering & Construction Manager

Responsible for engineering design and construction. Joins from a career leading major civil works in Ghana, including the bulk liquids terminal at Takoradi Harbour.
